At the end of last year, we invited our german and swiss customers to share their experiences with Ovesco in a broad-based satisfaction survey – and the response was overwhelming. An impressive number of participants from different regions took the time to provide us with detailed feedback. The result speaks for itself: 5.4 out of 6 stars in overall satisfaction.

We particularly appreciate that so many participants took the time not only to complete the rating scales provided, but also to share detailed qualitative feedback in open text fields. These personal assessments, suggestions, and experience reports are of great value to us. They allow us to think not just in numbers, but in concrete needs and expectations and to act accordingly.

As a token of our appreciation, we donated 5€ to the Foundation for Sick Children at the University Hospital in Tübingen for every completed survey. Together with our customers, we were able to raise a significant donation amount and make a positive contribution beyond endoscopy.
