Use of the FTRD® prOVE Cap

The colonic FTRD® prOVE Cap is a cap with the same dimensions as the colonic FTRD® cap and which is placed on a flexible endoscope in order to test the possible application of the colonic FTRD® Set in advance.

The gastroduodenal FTRD® prOVE Cap is a cap with the same dimensions as the gastroduodenal and diagnostic FTRD® cap and which is placed on a flexible endoscope in order to test the possible application of the gastroduodenal or diagnostic FTRD® Set in advance.

FTRD® Set

The colonic FTRD® prOVE Cap is not included in the colonic FTRD® Set. The gastroduodenal FTRD® prOVE Cap is not included in the gastroduodenal or diagnostic FTRD® Set.

Application of the FTRD® Grasper

Mounting of FTRD® prOVE Cap
  • Mounting of FTRD® prOVE Cap to endoscope and fixation with enclosed adhesive tapes for sealing the cap
  • Insertion of endoscope to target lesion
  • If necessary, check mobilization of the lesion into the cap with FTRD® Grasper
