Use of the OTSC® Twin Grasper®

The OTSC® Twin Grasper® is one of the OTSC® application aids and facilitates the approximation of gaping edges of a lesion before release of the OTSC® clip. It has two jaws which can be opened separately.

Application of the OTSC® Twin Grasper®

Perforation closure
Grasp first perforation edge with one of the two OTSC® Twin Grasper® jaw parts
Grasp opposite perforation edge with second jaw part
Retract perforation into cap (OTSC® Twin Grasper® must be fully inside cap)
Apply clip and release OTSC® Twin Grasper®
