Frank Ramsperger
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Frank Ramsperger is a founding shareholder of Ovesco Endoscopy AG and has been Chairman of the company's Supervisory Board since 2008. He is managing director of his multi-family office and investor in various companies in the medical technology and food industry. Prior to that, he was a member of the board of a Swiss private bank and holds various management positions in asset management. He started his career at an international investment bank in Zurich. Frank Ramsperger studied Economics at the University of Hohenheim and graduated with a degree in Economics.
Hansjörg Bürk
Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Hansjörg Bürk is Head of Corporate Clients in Munich at the Mittelstandsbank of Commerzbank AG. Previously, he held various management positions in corporate banking at BHF-BANK AG, Frankfurt and Danske Bank in Hamburg. He began his career at Barclays Bank plc, for which he worked in corporate banking and structured finance in Frankfurt and London. Hansjörg Bürk studied Business Administration at the University of Mannheim and graduated with a degree in Business Administration.
Prof. Dr. med. Thomas Gottwald
Member of the Supervisory Board
Prof. Thomas Gottwald, MD, has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Ovesco Endoscopy AG since July 2021.
He first served as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the then newly founded Ovesco Endoscopy AG
since July 2008, before becoming a member of the Management Board in 2009. Prior to these roles, he held a number of senior management positions at Fresenius SE. In addition, he continues to pursue his activities in research and teaching at the Medical Faculty of the University of Tübingen as an adjunct professor of surgery. Gottwald studied at the Medical Faculty of LMU Munich, the Università degli Studi di Firenze and at Yale Univeristy, New Haven, and is a licensed physician (surgery). He received his doctorate from LMU Munich and habilitated at Eberhard Karls University, Tübingen.
Prof. Dr. Marion Festing
Member of the Supervisory Board
Prof. Dr. Marion Festing is Professor of Human Resource Management and Intercultural Leadership at ESCP Business School in Berlin. As Rector of the Berlin Campus, Dean for Research at ESCP at the European level and holder of the Renault Chair in Intercultural Management, she has contributed significantly to the development of the School. She also founded ESCP's Talent Management Institute and the Excellence Centre for Intercultural Management, Diversity and Inclusion.
Marion Festing studied business administration at the University of Paderborn and the École Supérieure de Commerce in Toulouse. She also completed her doctorate and habilitation at the University of Paderborn.
