Ovesco Endoscopy once again recognized as a family-oriented company
Being able to balance family life and a career is a central aspect for many employees – and for Ovesco. We focus on long-term relationships with our employees. As an employer, this also means supporting them as a reliable and flexible partner in all phases of their lives. Ovesco has been recognized by familyNET as a “family-oriented” company since 2018. The recertification followed this year.
In order to award this evaluation, familyNet analyzes various fields of action with diverse aspects and subcategories. These aspects include leadership competence, personnel development, working hours, work organization, information and communication, services for families, and civic engagement. Ovesco scored well in all areas. Ovesco supports employees in returning to work after parental leave, for example by offering flexible part-time models and subsidies. For us, this also includes working with our employees to develop individual solutions that suit their wishes and family situation. The daycare center at the Ovesco premises in Tübingen is also designed to support working parents. We also attach particular importance to communication, which is why we regularly inform employees on parental leave about current developments in the company and invite them to company events such as our company outing.
