Ovesco acquires Belgian-Luxemburg business from Fides Medical

Tuebingen /Geetbets, 22.05.2023: Ovesco Endoscopy AG takes over the distribution of its products from its long-lasting distributor, Fides Medical BV by June 2023.

Fides Medical, led by Sandra Stam and Johan Ceuppens has been the commercial partner and exclusive distributor Of Ovesco in Belgium and Luxemburg since more than a decade. Fides now wants to consolidate its distribution business. Both companies have reached an agreement that Ovesco will acquire distribution and customer base from Fides and sell products directly in the territory from June 2023. Products can then be ordered directly through Ovesco’s customer service order@ovesco.be or by phone 0032 (0)800 26221.
