Ovesco is Leading Employer 2022

We, Ovesco Endoscopy AG, have been awarded the employer seal „Leading Employer“.

This cross-industry employer seal is based on a so-called meta-analysis. This is a combined analysis of the results of individual studies. Data from various sources is compiled and statistically evaluated. In this way, significantly more data material is included than in each of the individual studies, and a more general overall picture is generated.

In other words, by assessing a wide range of sources, feedback and topics, a multi-stage process is used to identify the top 1% of employers in Germany, who are then presented with the „Leading Employer“ Award.

We are very proud to have been awarded this seal and to see our principles of cooperation and values confirmed in it.
